Usirikaya Pacchadi (Usirikaya/Nellikay Chutney)

Paste:

1 kg Usiri Kaya – wash and air dry. Cut and remove seeds. Leave them in a non-metallic dish/jar for two days.
1 Tsp turmeric
70 grams Salt (to taste)
15 green chilies
Juice from 2 limes

Grind all of these into a paste. Store in a non-metallic dish/jar.
